A highly regarded and well‑established law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join its respected team in West Sussex.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident corporate lawyer looking to work within a supportive, professional and flexible firm, offering high‑quality work, client exposure and strong long‑term development prospects. Hybrid and flexible working arrangements are available.

The Role

You will manage a varied and high‑quality corporate and commercial caseload, acting for a broad range of businesses and stakeholders.

Typical matters will include:

• Purchase and sale of businesses
• Mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
• Joint venture and investment agreements
• Shareholder agreements
• Commercial contracts and terms of business

The role offers autonomy, responsibility and the opportunity to build strong client relationships, while being supported by a collaborative and well‑resourced team.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with ideally 5+ years’ PQE in corporate and commercial law
• Strong technical experience across transactions and advisory work
• Confident managing matters independently and advising clients directly
• Commercially aware with a pragmatic, client‑focused approach
• Interested in ongoing professional development and career progression
