AnestablishedbusinessinRiponisrecruitingforanexperiencedcreditcontrollertojointheirbusinessonafulltimepermanentbasis.Oncesettledintotheposition,thereisthepotentialforprogressionandasalaryincrease.
Duties
- Openingnewaccountsandresponsiblefortheday-to-daymanagementofthecustomerbase.
- Establishandmaintaininternalandexternalcustomerrelationships
- Ensureasnecessaryallcalls,letters,statementsandfollowupactionsarecarriedoutinordertobringthemattertothecustomersattentiontoobtainpaymentofdue/overduedepts.
- Ensuretheco-ordinationofpaymentsinrelationtocashcollectionandageddebtreduction.
- Resolvingqueriesbothinternallyandexternallyaroundoutstandinginvoices.
- Agree,negotiate,andenforcere-paymentplans.
- Managecreditlimitsin-line
- Ensuringprocessesarefollowedaspartofthecollectionrequirements,accountreconciliationandpayments.
