Sammons Recruitment are working with a successful and growing client based in Hastings, who are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join their vibrant team on a 6-month contract basis. \n \nThis is an excellent opportunity for proactive and engaging customer service focused individual, who can bring their extensive experience and positive attitude to a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be expected to build and maintain client relationships and manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer service.

\n \nThis is a full-time, Monday-Friday role, but the client is open to a hybrid arrangement with some flexibility on start/finish times, allowing for a great work-life balance.\n \nWhat’s on Offer?\n\nJob type: Full-time, 6-month contract\nLocation: Hastings\nSalary: £29,000 pro rata  \nKey Responsibilities:\n\nManage assigned UK customer accounts and maintain daily communications\nReview contracts and process orders and schedules accurately within SAP\nProcess customer orders in line with specific requirements efficiently and accurately\nProcess quotations, returns and credit/debit requests\nInvestigate and resolve customer queries without delay\nConduct regular account reviews focusing on delivery performance, backlog and support issues\nFollow company policies and procedures\nProactively follow-up on quotations and leads \nSkills, Experience, and Requirements:\n\nOver 3 years’ experience within a customer service or account management role\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills\nProfessional and confident telephone manner\nStrong organisational skills with high attention to detail\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines\nExperience using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel\nConfidence communicating with stakeholders at all levels\nAbility to address any queries or concerns in a professional manner and present satisfactory solutions\nExperience using SAP (desirable) \nOur Ideal Candidate:\n\nCustomer focused account manager with a proactive and flexible attitude\nMethodical and accurate in their approach to work\nComfortable handling queries and resolving issues independently\nAble to work well under pressure\nA strong team player with a positive and professional outlook \nHow to Apply:\nIf you have customer service experience in an account management environment and are looking for a varied and engaging 6-month contract role, we would love to hear from you.
