\nAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an NQ + Family Solicitor to join a well established Yorkshire practice in their Brighouse office.

\nThis role offers a varied and high-quality family law caseload, with a strong focus on private family matters, alongside a small, manageable amount of legal aid work. You’ll be joining a well-regarded, supportive team with a strong reputation in the local market.

\nThe Role You will handle your own caseload of family matters, including:
\n

• Divorce and separation
  \n\t 
\n\t
• Financial remedy proceedings
  \n\t 
\n\t
• Private children matters
  \n\t 
\n\t
• Cohabitation disputes
  \n\t 
\n\t
• A limited amount of publicly funded family work
  \n\t 
\n

• NQ Solicitor +

• Experience in family law (gained through training contract, paralegal work or post-qualification)

• Comfortable undertaking advocacy, including attending court where required

• Confident managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
  \n\t 
\n\t
• Strong client care skills with a practical and empathetic approach
  \n\t 
\n\t
• Keen to develop and progress within a busy and well-regarded family team
  \n\t
