Production Technician

The Role\nMy client is seeking a Production Technician to join their manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role within a busy production environment, supporting the assembly and manufacture of specialist products to a high standard.\n\nThe successful candidate will be involved in a variety of production and assembly duties, working from manufacturing instructions and supporting the wider production process. This role would suit someone with good attention to detail, a practical mindset, and experience within manufacturing or assembly environments.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n• Carry out assembly and production tasks in line with company procedures\n\n• Use hand tools, equipment, and machinery to support the manufacturing process\n\n• Follow production instructions, drawings, and build documentation\n\n• Support soldering and general assembly activities where required\n\n• Carry out product inspection and quality checks throughout production\n\n• Maintain a clean and organised working environment\n\n• Follow company health & safety procedures and quality standards\n\n• Work collaboratively with the wider production team to meet deadlines and output targets\n\n• Support additional manufacturing duties as required\n\nThe Candidate\nPrevious experience within a manufacturing, production, or assembly environment preferred\n\nGood attention to detail and quality-focused approach\n\nAble to follow instructions and work from technical documentation\n\nReliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude\n\nComfortable working independently and as part of a team\n\nWillingness to learn and develop within a technical environment
