We are seeking an individual who has the ability to deliver excellent customer service, build outstanding relationships and source the right staff, for the right roles. \n\nRoles & Responsibilities\n\nBuild outstanding relationships with key stakeholders at our schools & academies \nProvide an excellent candidate journey for all candidates\nManage a pipeline of temporary vacancies covering a variety if non classroom based roles\nDevelop new candidate attraction techniques\nSuccessfully shortlist and interview candidates \nManage a candidate pipeline\nMeet with clients on site to develop & strengthen relationships\nWork collaboratively with our partnership agencies to ensure that School requirements are met\nThe ideal candidate will have:\n\nExperience working in education recruitment or support services previously\nExcellent interpersonal skills and must be passionate about delivering an excellent service\nA proven record of managing a high volume of temporary vacancies\nThe confidence and motivation to work independently\nStrong communication skills (both written and verbal)\nExcellent attention to detail\nThe ability to network\nMotivation & drive to succeed and grow with the company\nIn return, The Supply Register can offer:\n\nA generous basic salary (negotiable, depending on your experience)\nHybrid working from home and offices in Birmingham and/or Staffordshire\nTwenty-five days plus birthday and public holidays per year (Increasing by 1 day each year to 29 days)\nA team who celebrate achievements \nOpportunities to progress up our career ladder\nIf this role sounds like an opportunity you would like to consider, please apply and we will be in touch with suitable applicants
